What to Know About Our Special Day
Here are the main details
The Ceremony will begin at 4:00 P.M. and by that we mean a definitive start. Any guests who arrive late will have to wait until after the ceremony to join.
The wedding venue is called “Eberley Brooks Events” on 8602 County Rd 7000, Lubbock, TX. More specifically, it is at the Barn Venue which will be on the right side when you enter the property. Event staff will be able to help direct you and there will be signage.
Dress Code Attire should be Formal or Cowboy Formal. Keep in mind the ceremony will be on the lawn of the venue, so it is recommended to wear block heels or boots.
There will be an open bar with service starting at 6:30 P.M. No outside drinks are allowed at the venue.
Dinner will be served after the ceremony and the social hour. It will start at 6:00 P.M.
We have a limited number of people we can accommodate for the wedding. Only those directly invited by Karyme or Hector are allowed to attend. No one is allowed a plus one.
Your presence is already the best gift. However, if you’d like we are accepting cash donations to our honeymoon/house fund.

Here are some common questions about our big day.
The wedding is child friendly. We kindly request that if your little one becomes restless or noisy during the ceremony, you step out with them briefly so everyone can enjoy the moment.
Anywhere! Sit on the side you feel most comfortable in. Ceremony seating is free, except for the first row.
We have the very talented DJ Nate Acosta overseeing the entire wedding.
The social hour will be after the ceremony and before dinner starts. We know weddings are also a good time to see and reconnect with family, so we hope everyone can take a breather to say hi and enjoy the company. During this time we will be taking pictures and may pull some people out. There will be refreshments given during this hour.
We have hired amazing photographers and videographers for the entire event. We ask that no cameras or phones be out during the ceremony so we all enjoy the moment together. Feel free to take photos/videos during the reception, but please do not interfere with the photographers. We will share all of the photos with everyone at this very website!
Last call will be at 10:30 P.M. and everyone will have to be packed and ready to go by 11:00 P.M.
We want to ensure everyone enjoys the celebration, so please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
We have plans in place to move the ceremony indoors.
